This happened in summer 2004: One morning right before I awoke I had a dream in which I was driving my car and bumped into something and got a dent in the left side of the car.
Later that day, in real life, my daughter and I decided to go to town to do some shopping. I went to the garage to get the car, but it had a flat tire, so we drove our big, old van. On the way to town I told my daughter about my dream. Once in town, I dropped her off at a Target store, and I proceeded on towards another store. As I drove through an intersection, a car pulled out from a stop sign and hit the left side of my van, in my drivers side door. The impact was strong, my head hit the side window. The other driver fortunately was not hurt, but her car was totalled.
Because I had happened to tell my daughter about the dream before the accident occurred, I had proof about the precognition. Otherwise, I doubt anyone would have believed that I'd had the dream.
Here's another time I happened to tell someone of a dream that turned out to be precognitive:
One night I dreamed of a thing that looked like a watertower tank flying over our farm field and landing in our neighbor's field across the road. In real life, the next morning, I told my husband about the dream.
The next day after that, a cement mixer truck went out of control on our road and rolled into the ditch, sending the cement mixer tank rolling into our neighbor's field! The driver was trapped, but was rescued and survived, thankfully.
What the mechanism is that causes precognition to occur in dreams......I have no idea! What an intriguing mystery!
