On May 27, 1990, two Australian lawyers were killed by the IRA in Roermond, Netherlands, in a case of mistaken identity. They were tourists in the wrong place at the wrong time. At almost the same time that Sunday evening, stockbroker Anthony Laiker answered his front door to a man who blasted him with a shotgun. All three men worked at 71 Queen Victoria Street in the City of London. There was no connection between the first two killings and the third. wilsonsalmanac.com/book/may27.html
